There is no doubt that using the right exercise equipment to exercise helps to tone the body, keep weight down and build muscles. There is also no doubt that eating a healthy diet can make the heart beat longer and stronger, as well as keeping other illnesses out of the human body. So, it stands to reason that if both fitness and diet can do so much good for the body, both inside and out, then it is likely just as good for the human mind too.
