Those who are emotionally well means that they deal with everyday challenges well, feel good about who they are, handles stress in an adult way and have relationships with others that are both healthy and positive. In addition, those who are mentally healthy usually find humor in everyday situations, feel content with where they are in life, are courageous with the decisions they make, handle stressful situations well and usually maintain a good mood throughout the day.
