Most of us exercise during the week; however, some of us don’t keep a regular routine of exercise. More and more many are finding out how valuable exercise is—not just for our bodies but also for our minds and our emotional well being. Using exercise equipment to exercise is important—indeed—it is necessary– to stay in good physical and mental health. Exercise is an essential part of well being. Most people fear exercise as they have been told it is a painful and tiring process. We have also been lead to believe that we have to go to a gym or use some workout system. A process that will leave you mentally and emotionally drained. The truth is exercise is everywhere. Every movement we make is a form of exercise. Of course singing to the radio in your car maybe good for emotional well being but does not amount to much exercise. Today convenience is the most important asset to one’s existence. Long gone are the days of doing all the tasks in one’s life that have now, in so many ways, been automated. We have running water, television, and more food readily available than we will normally even consume. A few years back I was in the position that so many people today are. I was overweight, unhappy, and I would become winded even walking up a flight of stairs. Through dieting I was able to lose much of the weight but I didn’t feel much better about myself.
